What’s our process
When we meet we’ll discuss the three step process of registering your brand; due diligence and application.
Research
During the research phase we will discuss the availability of the proposed brand (name, logo, slogan), the correct class of trademark and the way in which we will file.
Decision
We will discuss the results of the search and make a decision on how to move forward.
Application
We will then submit an application with the USPTO. In that application we will select the mark you want to apply for and provide examples of your brand in use if you have them.
